The board hopes you are enjoying the summer and time at the pool. Since the pool opened, we have already received feedback about activity at the pool which violates some of the basic rules in place for safety and cleanliness.

Reminders:
1.      Woodcreek parents (present or not) are responsible for their children’s and invited guests’ behavior.
2.      Tables, chairs and umbrellas should be left in a “ready for use by others” clean condition with all trash placed in the trash container. Toys should be returned to the toy storage container.
3.      No running on the pool deck, loud music, inappropriate language, and disruptive behavior should be tolerated.
4.      Since we have no pool attendants, we all have the responsibility of politely enforcing the rules. Serious violations should be reported to any member of the Board. Please provide the date, time and names of the people involved.
5.      Since the pool gate has been fixed, all residents and accompanied guests must use their fob to gain entrance each time they enter.  Children going between the pool and the sports court or tot lot should carry the fob for re-entry to the pool each time. Blocking the gate open is not permitted and is a violation of our operating permit.
6.      Outside guests (a few) are welcome but must be accompanied by a resident.
7.      All small guests in the baby pool area should be accompanied by an adult.

We have the ability to monitor behavior with the fob identification and security camera systems. If we continue to hear of violations of the rules, we can actively monitor/watch for violations at the pool.  Violations can result in the loss of family privileges for the pool and sports court.

The goal is to have everyone cooperate and follow these reminders for the safety of all the residents and their guests this summer.
